|Encounter with the mythical Gyrfalcon in southern Québec !|
Early in my life, my parents set an interest to observe the nature and wild animals, especially during vacation in southern France.
Later, I started biking out in the countryside with the aim of watching wildlife, I was 14. My passion was directed on birds, and even more birds of prey.
Being a teenager, we took lots of black and white pictures with a good friend of mine. We photographed mainly our friends, trying portraits in different situations, and also buldings, streets, fields, farmland...
Then, we spent entire nights devlopping those photographs to master it the best we could.
But that's only in 2004, during a year lived in Sweden, that I really linked those 2 passions together, enjoying my first small 75-300 mm lens on the birds of the archipelago of Stockholm.
Since that time, I kept going that way and improved my cameras, my photographic level, my patience, and the knowledge of the subjects I try to show on my pictures.
Now I live in Canada, which constitute a huge playground, but also a place where the actual ecosystem is largely threaten by the western societies way of life.
Enjoy my gallery if you want, and have a nice day !
